Our journey begins with a heart-to-heart conversation. Here, I learn about your child’s educational history and your family’s story. This initial dialogue lays the groundwork for our assessment, helping to tailor our exploration to your child’s needs. - Observation or School Feedback (Optional):
Should it be beneficial, I’m available to observe your child in their school environment or connect with your child’s teachers. This step involves coordinating with the school to see your child in their everyday learning space, offering valuable insights into their academic interactions. This step is entirely at your discretion and will be pursued only if it adds value to our understanding. - Assessment:
In the comfort of my office, your child will engage in a series of assessments. These may include cognitive, academic, or behavioral evaluations, all aimed at uncovering their strengths and areas for growth. - Analysis:
Each assessment is meticulously analyzed, integrating observations and interview insights. This comprehensive review forms the basis of our personalized recommendations for both you and your child’s school. - Results:
I will invite you to discuss the findings and recommendations. This session is an opportunity for us to delve into the outcomes together, ensuring the insights we’ve gathered are clear and actionable. - Student Consultation (Optional):
For older children, I recommend a session to review the results in a manner that resonates with them. Understanding their own learning profile empowers them to make choices that play to their strengths and address their challenges. This option is tailored to suit your child’s readiness and comfort level. - Report:
You will receive a detailed report of our findings. This document is yours to share with your child’s school to facilitate accommodations or to assist in planning for their future. It’s a tool for empowerment, designed to support your child’s journey in the best possible way.
Fees
For this personalized and comprehensive evaluation process, my fee is 125 Euros per hour, in addition to the cost of any assessments and applicable VAT. Recognizing the diverse circumstances of families, I offer a sliding scale for those facing financial constraints. Please note that I am unable to accept insurance.
